MICCO provided construction management services for the extensive renovation and tenant build-out of three floors totaling 115,000 square feet. This facility serves as a major hub for Citicorp’s financial operations. It was fully occupied during the renovation, requiring extensive noise and dust controls to ensure that the normal daily operations of other tenants were not disrupted. Coordination with the building owner was critical in order to maintain harmony with all parties affected. The project utilized all trades with an emphasis on communication and teamwork. It was fast-tracked and completed in only ten weeks even with fourteen bulletins being issued during construction.
