MICCO is part of a select group of contractors helping Fifth Third with their major expansion in Southeast Michigan that consists of 80 new branches in 5 years. The 4,100 square foot Westland Branch was constructed on a challenging site. The site was small and confined with limited access from Ford Road. This required careful coordination with material shipments and trade contractors. Additionally, the site was low and required 7 feet of engineered fill.
