This 213,100 square foot interior renovation consumes 14 floors of the Renaissance Center’s 39-story Tower 400. 1,200 OnStar employees will occupy the space in the fall of 2004. The project requires intense pre-planning when considering its tight schedule, material and debris handling, safety and security, and most importantly not disrupting the daily operations of adjacent floors or the Center’s thousands of occupants
In addition to the 14 floors of tenant improvements, the project includes the build-out of a 9,000 square foot testing laboratory and a 2,500 square foot pre-production server room.
