Interior building renovation of 897 guest rooms, suites, corridors and guest room lobbies of 5 lodge buildings and the guest room areas of the main building. The work include FF & E liquidation and installation, demolition, gypsum wallboard, marble tile, carpet, painting, wall covering, toilet accessories, plumbing piping and fixtures, general electrical and interior lighting fixtures and minor improvments to the HVAC system. Coordination and scheduling of Owner, subcontractors and all other work necessary to provide a complete, in place and fully-functional renovation.
